Service Provider
We have in house Infrastructures & capabilities to operate & maintain WTGs as Independent Service Provider. We can provide all kinds of services for WTGs as per requirement of customers
- Kintech has in depth expertise to operate and maintain Balance of Plants (BOP) which includes 33 KV line, 132 & 220 KV Substations etc.
- In order to strengthen our O & M capabilities, we have recently tied up with leading Independent Service Provider of Europe ,Connected Wind Services ,Denmark (CWS) who will provide Technical support, SCADA support and spare supplies ,exclusively , to us for Pan India Territory.
- CWS will supply regular & critical parts and spares required to operate and maintain WTGs in India. Additionally CWS will provide Technical Services to Kintech to operate WTGs effectively and support to Optimise performance of Wind Parks.
- CWS will support Kintech team to do inspection of Major components mainly gearboxes on up tower as well as in their work shop in Denmark. CWS has fully fledged work shops where they are repairing all gearboxes from 600 KW WTGs to 3000 KW WTGs of all make WTGs. CWS ,along with Kintech, shall carry out health check up of WTGs and suggest remedies to improve life of WTG components

OPERATION
- Liasioning with GEDA/GEB for HV/EHV line clearance & grid failure
- Analysis of data acquired and remedial/modification action as the case may be
- Monitoring data and recording the same
- Round the clock monitoring by experienced work force and security personnel for immediate response
MAINTENANCE
- All kind of periodic servicing as per OEM recommendations
- Replacement of spares
- Checking of feeder &transmission line by thermal imager to remark weak links& remedial action thereafter to avoid any line fault.
- Innovative way of lifting /lowering equipment's without crane for cost effective operation
